All of The Kids have them -- those habits or quirks that would be there no matter where they lived or grew up. Like the way they talk, the way they walk, some of how they interact with others creatures, and so on. Some of their personality, like ours, is molded by upbringing and environment, but other aspects of it are just there and part of who they are. For instance, Loki grew up to be the devil incarnate, but I didn't teach him that and certainly didn't encourage it in his youth. He's just an evil cat under the right (or wrong) circumstances. Kako's a bitch, and I absolutely won't claim responsibility for that mess! It's that kind of stuff I meant about Vazra: those parts of him that are inherent and not shaped (although they can be influenced). My bad for not being more specific about what I meant.
