Well known for nonfiction science writing and for early promotion of the effort toward space travel, his fiction was often grand and visionary.

Hmm, I’m not entirely sure about this…but then again I’ve read a lot of his work and I suspect those who know me and have read my writings might agree with this.

See, I like the inclusion of “huge sales numbers” in that one. I already know Clarke made a pretty penny from his fiction. Still, why not tell me I resemble an author who made a nice chunk of change? That’s what Daddy’s talkin’ ’bout.
