29 again?

Today is Jenny’s birthday. Happy birthday!
If I remember correctly, she was 29 last year. Again.
Does that mean she’s 29 this year as well? Or do you start aging backward once you’ve been at 29 for more than a few years? If so, what happens once you reach your teens? Or do you stop at 20 and start working your way back up?
See, I’m just not sure how this all works.
Well anyway…
