		<description>I&#039;m with you on that.  I find a certain amount of power in the solitude of photos like this.

And when I say it&#039;s a long lonely walk, keep in mind this is at the foot of my favorite pier around the lake where I live.  It&#039;s a place of meditation for me, a contemplative location wherein I find the whole of myself.

There&#039;s nothing more exhilarating than to walk those creaking planks, to pass the reaching flora, and finally to arrive at a place above the water where both waves and wildlife dance beneath me, where the wind tugs at my clothes and spirits about me, where the world of man takes a backseat as the cosmos unfurls her blanket for me to rest upon where we might commune for a while.</description>
