For those of you returning here now because you received an e-mail regarding your account and password, welcome back.

The site has undergone a significant overhaul, as you can undoubtedly see, and, because your original account could not be migrated to the new site, you’ve been added as a new user during this relaunch.

Having an account here now isn’t as big a deal as it was under the old site design.  That may change in the future if I implement tighter security around certain functions or content, but, as of this time, the most an account will do for you is keep you from having to type in your name and e-mail address when leaving comments.

When you login, you’ll be presented with your profile which can be updated at will.  When you’re done with your profile, press the Update Profile button at the bottom of the screen and, once that saves, click the “View site” link at the top of the page.  I’m still working on that (I’d prefer it redirect to the front page once a user logs in).

Oh yes…  I need to modify the login, register and lost password pages as well.  All in due time.
