USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL are all failing to provide the service I'm paying for. I have had problems with all of them in the last few months. DHL delivered a check from one of my retirement accounts, but they never notified me that they left it with someone else. UPS "tagged" the door and never even tried to deliver, on several occasions. USPS leaves notes in my mailbox but never tries to deliver a single package. FedEx leaves my packages with someone else without notifying me.
In all of these cases, I have been home when they pseudo-delivered the packages and parcels.
When does this stop? I have filed complaints with all of them, but none of them have responded satisfactorily. Ultimately, they are not providing the service I'm paying for (since I am the one paying for shipping of my online orders).
They don't deliver. They don't try to deliver. They take my money while refusing to provide the service I have paid them for — deliver a package from point A to my home, point B. Isn't it called a crime to receive funds for products or services that one cannot or will not provide? Is it not illegal to promise one thing for a certain price, yet to fail to deliver that thing as promised? And to do it repeatedly?
