It's November. Thanksgiving is only two weeks away, then Christmas, then the new year will be upon us. This year is flying by at a pace both unhealthy and unnatural. I don't know about you, but this year's passage has been entirely too expeditious, and now my head is left spinning from the fleeting nature of 2005. That we are in mid-November seems almost too much to believe.
In the face of this obvious temporal disparity, I would still like to wish my readership the best over the coming months, including an exceptionally prosperous and safe entry to 2006. I find it hard to believe that a mere seven weeks stands between us and that seemingly far off time, but here we are — and there it is.
May you find peace and joy in whatever celebration you partake of, may you feel loved, may you bestow upon the new year a glad heart, may you understand the true meaning of family, may you demonstrate humanity, and may you and yours enjoy a safe and gratifying holiday season.
