Starbucks will always be my bestest buddy

Coffee already appears to significantly reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.  An avid coffee lover myself, I certainly did not need a reason to drink it — but proven health benefits cannot hurt.  Then what did my wondering eyes see today?  Coffee and tea may reduce the risk of serious liver damage in those who enjoy a wee bit of the demon on a regular basis (or more than a wee bit), those who are overweight, and those with excessive amounts of iron in their blood.  Yet another reason to keep drinking coffee.  I had been looking for a new excuse.
