I double-majored in mathematics and physics while in college. Sure, that makes me a geek, but that’s not the point of this post.
There’s a significant difference in the way physicists and mathematicians approach math in general. Physics by its very nature is pure mathematics, but you’d probably be amazed by the disparate methods practiced.
