To Justice Clarence Thomas

Some STFU entries write themselves.  Regarding the recent SCOTUS decision:

Ironically, Justice Thomas refers to Justice Stevens’ “unfamiliarity with the realities of warfare”; but Stevens served in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1945, during World War II. Thomas’s [sic] official bio, by contrast, contains no experience of military service.

So, Justice Clarence Thomas, why don’t you shut the fuck up!

What John Cusack movie are you?

I love John Cusack: as an actor, that he doesn’t show up in the tabloids all the time (what was the last juicy gossip you heard about him?), that he is drawn to performances that showcase his zany wit and charm, and that his films are rarely “mainstream” movies in the sense that everyone has heard about and seen them.  He just seems terribly attractive to the side of me that is eclectic and dark.

Imagine my joy in finding this test.  Add to that the wonderful treat in seeing my result.  This is a movie at the top of my list.  It’s dark, witty, intelligent.  If you’ve never seen it, you must.  If you didn’t like it, you completely missed the point.  In any case, watch it (again, if appropriate).  Good stuff.

I guess you can see why this week’s internet quiz was so enjoyable.
