Have you ever seen anything this cute?
Of course, there’s always this. That middle picture takes the cake, me thinks.
Despicable! 110 cats had to be euthanized because they were “diseased and living in their own filth”. The two women responsible were tucking dead cats into boxes, just as they had done to their mother after she died in the home. They stored the bodies in a closet. The cats and three dogs were living in the house with the sisters. And the story just gets more bizarre: “The home has since been condemned by the city of Dover and the county health department because of unhealthy air quality and unsanitary conditions. Investigators had to use oxygen tanks to breathe inside the home.” There’s just so many things wrong with the whole situation. [via Gay Orbit]
Yes, this was actually said in a courtroom exchange. Hysterical! You’ll love it.
Get Your ‘Man’ On. Did everything change after 9/11? This is the best interpretation of exactly how I feel: No, it didn’t change. Of course, he says it with a lot more humor than I could muster, but it’s still a smack in the face. Great stuff!
Unlike John, I’m not going to spin one evangelical’s challenge of Christians supporting the National Religious Campaign Against Torture. The religious right stands on its principles only when America is involved. Ask the question again: If you’re suddenly worried about torture in America, where have you been while countries like China, Saudi Arabia, and North Korea made sport of the practice? He’s asking a legitimate question (although he’s also being naively partisan).
