Dubya is mad because the Iraqis aren’t showing him enough gratitude.  Are you fucking kidding me?  They’re dying by the thousands — and that’s per month.    Almost 3,500 in July alone.  The man is not only on crack, both the conservative AND Republican political movements have taken leave of their senses.  I hope all of you know the definition of this word: megalomaniac.

More religious hatred: “The [Virginia Catholic] hierarchy back a state constitutional amendment to strip gay couples of any legal protections for their relationships, deny their partner health benefits, access to hospital rooms, inheritance rights and simple human dignity.”  Who would Jesus hate next?

Let us hope this is true and binding.  “A federal judge ruled Thursday that the government’s warrantless surveillance program is unconstitutional and ordered an immediate halt to it. U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit became the first judge to strike down the National Security Agency’s program, which she says violates the rights to free speech and privacy as well as the separation of powers enshrined in the Constitution.”  She is absolutely right.  It must stop immediately, posthaste, without further ado, and five minutes before yesterday.
