First Sign of Water on Planet Outside Our System: “For the first time, astronomers have detected water in the atmosphere of a planet outside our solar system.”  Need I say how exciting this news is?  And what it means in so many different ways?

Go see this cool image of the Piton de la Fournaise volcano as lava pours into the Indian Ocean.  Mesmerizing, as if looking at the still image somehow offers up an ability to see it in action.
