How many years have we dwelt in this place?  What brilliance have we witnessed together in the comings and goings of seasons?  When last did you consider the moment we first met and your own imaginings for where our paths would take us?

Even now do you stand in awe at the agencies of time and how they have guided us on this journey?

All you need consider is this simple question: When did you start working for the company in whose employ you still find yourself?  For it is then that we met and it is then that we began walking side by side on this most fantastic voyage.

While time and circumstance have robbed me of the opportunity to spend this special day in your presence, know this to be nothing more than a minor inconvenience.  I will make it up to you.
