Is your boss killing you?

A few weeks ago I stumbled on a report indicating that unfair bosses actually raise your blood pressure. This certainly puts a new spin on working, doesn't it? I also think it's going to give rise to a new breed of employment-related lawsuits in which bosses who either are unfair or who are simply disliked — as well as the companies they're working for — find themselves on the receiving end of a lawsuit alleging they are placing their employees' lives at risk unnecessarily. Hard to argue with the logic since it's probably something we've all thought about doing before. Still, it'll be interesting to see how it plays out in the courts once the snowball starts downhill.
