I got my taxes done!

I'm pleased to announce that I finished my federal tax return, filed, and have already gotten my refund back. No, I don't like to waste time on this kind of thing — especially when I'm getting money back.

I made plans on how to spend it once I knew how much I was getting back, so I suppose that means it's already spent even though I've not touched it yet. I hate it when that happens.

I am a human who appreciates the complexities of the cosmos, the fallacies of faith, the soundness of science, the misanthropy of aware minds, and the cataclysm of politics. I am me, a simple man with complex thoughts and a complex man living a simple life, someone trying to make my way through the universe without causing too much pain to others along the way.
