I'm pleased to announce that I finished my federal tax return, filed, and have already gotten my refund back.  No, I don't like to waste time on this kind of thing — especially when I'm getting money back.

I made plans on how to spend it once I knew how much I was getting back, so I suppose that means it's already spent even though I've not touched it yet.  I hate it when that happens.

Congratulations are in order for Slacker and his wife for the recent birth of their daughter.  Claire Marie was born at 4:56 PM CST on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, weighed 7 lbs 1 oz, and was 20¼ inches long.

Slacker reports that mother and baby are both doing quite well.  Oh, and he’s doing well, too.
