The Poor Man is at it again.  Just last week, as you may remember, I mentioned a most hysterical post and its related comments.

After that thread, The Poor Man announced he was taking a weekend off to rest and recuperate.  It turned into more than a weekend.  I suppose he really needed to get away for a bit.

Upon his return, however, he was back on top of his game.  Dare I say, after an undoubtedly much needed break, he hit the ground running full speed…

This time, he's helping us understand the Bush régime's response to Katrina.  As usual, he's thrown in a healthy dose of that Poor Man humor to make the pill easier to swallow.  Check it out.
