Speaking of Daily Kos, you know I read this blog regularly and faithfully. It was started by Markos Moulitsas Zúniga. Amazingly, Markos is an accomplished musician who has composed a lot of music. If you like classical and contemporary piano, go listen to some of his work. It’s beautiful.

The evidence is mounting. More and more legal experts are speaking out against the NSA domestic spying program. Thus far, here are the laws it violates: the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the Telecommunications Act, provisions of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, the Stored Communications Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and the Communications Act. I’m quite certain the list will grow.
