One week ago I said I’d “grown weary of xenogere’s current theme” and had “begun the earnest hunt for this site’s new face.”

Well, I found it.

It’s quite different from this theme and the previous theme, not to mention leaps ahead of the first theme.

I think it’s quite cool and significantly less stoic than the aesthetics you’ve seen here to date.

It needs work.  A great deal of the functionality I like isn’t installed yet.  And it needs a good measure of personalization.

There’s some serious coding ahead in order to get it ready.

Nevertheless, you should expect to see it, even if in a slightly hobbled state, within the next week.  Think sooner rather than later.

I hope you like it once it’s ready.  I know I do.

[Update] You’re quite likely to see the new theme rolled out today or tomorrow, so be prepared.  It will be a work in progress as I tinker with it to make it my own; despite that, I intend to release it to the masses as quickly as I can.
