I don’t know about the rest of you, but I certainly didn’t appreciate losing an hour this morning as we moved to Daylight Saving Time. Personally I needed that hour. I realize we now get more daylight during the time of the day when we’re up and about and actually doing things (most of us anyway) and that this change can save in energy costs, but none of that helps relieve the grogginess this morning and the feeling that my internal clock is now askew.
